These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of "AI Camera ·" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application" or "App"). By using this app, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions listed on this page, please discontinue use of the App.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and all Agreements:
All terms pertain to the proposal, agreement, and payment consideration required to enable our support for the Client in the most suitable way to address the Client's specific requirements related to the Company's outlined services, in compliance with and governed by the current laws of the UAE. Any application of the above terminology or other words, whether singular or plural, capitalized or not, and using he/she or they, is deemed interchangeable and refers to the same entity.
IN CASE YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE MOBILE APPLICATION WE PROVIDE. PLEASE UNINSTALL THE APP AND DISCONTINUE TO USE IT IMMEDIATELY.
We may periodically revise these Terms and Conditions or related documents tied to the Mobile App. We hold the authority to amend these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. It is your duty to check the Terms each time you access our Mobile Application to know which conditions apply. Ongoing use of the Mobile Application after updates are published indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The information on the Mobile Application is not meant for distribution or use in any region or nation where such actions would breach legal standards or regulations, or require us to register in that jurisdiction. Should you opt to use the Mobile Application from other areas, you do so at your own risk and must adhere to local regulations.
The Services target users aged 18 or older. Individuals under 18 are prohibited from using or registering for the Services.

By installing and utilizing the "AI Camera ·" App, you automatically consent to these Terms and Conditions. You are fully accountable for verifying that your device is compatible with this mobile application, maintaining a reliable Internet connection, and protecting your device from viruses.
We notify users that the Mobile Application may receive periodic updates to boost its features and efficiency. We retain the right to alter the design and identity of the Mobile Application, as well as add or remove capabilities. We cannot assure the constant availability or functionality of any features offered via the App. Moreover, the App's performance and accessibility may vary depending on your location and how you access or download it.

You must use the App only for the purposes outlined above. The App is designed solely for your personal non-commercial use.
When you share your own images, videos, or written material ("Content") within the App, you maintain full ownership rights. Nevertheless, you grant us a non-exclusive, global, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, and irrevocable license to store, replicate, and share the content within the App for display, process it, and adapt it to enhance App performance. Furthermore, you waive any claims for legal action or compensation related to the copyright of the content and agree that your name does not need to be linked or credited to it.
Additionally, you confirm that the content excludes any identifiable personal details (e.g., photos of faces or body parts, images disclosing identity or location, or documents with personal data). Content considered inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, unethical, or unfit for the App will be blocked without prior notice and cannot be recovered.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and permit the Company to collect user data and conduct analyses based on this information at its discretion. This data may be used to improve the Company's offerings and services for mobile application users, ensuring it does not expose your confidential details.

By using the "AI Camera ·" App, you agree to abide by our Privacy Policy provisions. Please review our Privacy Policy before beginning to use the App.
Note that the Application is hosted in UAE. If you access the Application from a region with different laws or regulations regarding personal data collection, use, or disclosure compared to those in UAE, your continued use signifies your consent to the transfer and processing of your data in UAE.
We retain the authority to change, revise, or delete content from the App at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion, without advance notice. We are not required to update any information within the App. We also reserve the right to adjust or discontinue the App, either entirely or partially, at any time without prior notification. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or terminations of the App.
We cannot ensure the App's constant availability. Technical issues with hardware, software, or necessary maintenance may cause interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise alter the App at any time and for any reason without notice. You agree that we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the App during downtime or discontinuation. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions requires us to maintain, support, or provide updates, fixes, or releases for the App.
The App operates on a paid subscription model, with various options available for selection. Please check the subscription "Payment" screen to view current offers. It is your responsibility to stay informed about updates to paid subscriptions within the application.
A 3-day free trial period is offered upon signup to let you explore the paid subscription features. If you do not cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends, an auto-renewing subscription will begin, and you will be charged automatically. Note that this charge will apply unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the trial's conclusion.
The App's page displays detailed pricing for different subscription plans, quoted in US dollars, though prices may vary by country. During registration, the subscription plan and trial duration will be clearly shown before you confirm your purchase. Once the trial concludes, it automatically converts to a paid subscription.
Purchasing a subscription during the trial period forfeits any remaining trial time. We reserve the right to adjust, terminate, or update our subscription plans at any time.
Please be aware that subscriptions cannot be canceled during their active term.
Deleting the App from your device does not cancel your subscription; you must manage it through your account settings.
Any payment-related issues fall under the responsibility of App Store Support. For questions about payments or subscriptions, contact App Store support directly, as we do not manage your payments or subscriptions.
All refunds are handled by the App Distributor, and the Company is not responsible for refund processing. Financial transaction data is managed and stored by the App Distributor.
When handling refund requests for in-app purchases, we may share anonymized, non-personal information with Apple solely for verification. This may include the time since app installation, total usage time, an anonymous account ID, in-app purchase status (e.g., consumed or tied to a trial), and aggregated transaction data, such as total spending and refund amounts.
Unless otherwise specified, the App and its components, including source code, databases, features, software, website layouts, audio, video, text, images, and graphics (collectively referred to as the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos within (the "Marks"), are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. These are protected by copyright and trademark laws, alongside other intellectual property rights and unfair competition regulations in the United States, international copyright laws, and international treaties. The Content and Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your informational and personal use only.
No part of the App, Content, or Marks may be copied, replicated, aggregated, republished, uploaded, displayed publicly, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without our express prior written permission. If permitted to use the App, you receive a limited license to access and use the App and to download or print a portion of the Content you have legally accessed, strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not explicitly granted to you regarding the App, Content, and Marks are retained by us.

Unless mandated by law, the Website, Apps, Product Software, hosting Services, API, and any enhancements to these elements (collectively referred to as the "Elements") are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. THE COMPANY OFFERS NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ELEMENTS. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ELEMENTS, OR ANY CONTENT, SERVICES, OR FEATURES WITHIN THEM, INCLUDING ANY INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS YOU DOWNLOAD, WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS OR DEFECTS, OR THAT SUCH ISSUES WILL BE CORRECTED.
THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES YOU MAY SUFFER, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ANY ELEMENTS. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE ELEMENTS. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY DISSATISFACTION WITH THE ELEMENTS OR ANY CONTENT LINKED TO THEM IS TO STOP USING THE ELEMENTS. THIS LIMITATION OF RELIEF IS A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES, WITHOUT WHICH THE PARTIES WOULD NOT HAVE ENTERED INTO THE AGREEMENT.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE HELD LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY FORM OF DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms and Conditions remain in effect for as long as you continue to use the Application. Without prejudice to any other provision herein, we retain the right, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to restrict access to and use of the application (including blocking specific IP addresses or devices) for any individual, with or without cause, including for breaches of any representation, warranty, or covenant in these terms or applicable laws. We may end your use or participation in the application at our discretion.
Should we opt to terminate or suspend your account, you are barred from creating a new account under your name, using a fictitious or borrowed identity, or employing a third party's name. Furthermore, in addition to account termination or suspension, we may take appropriate legal action, including civil, criminal, or injunctive measures as needed.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the UAE. The Parties undertake to resolve all the arising disputes peacefully. If for serious reasons this is not possible, the parties agree to resolve the conflict according to the laws of the UAE.
A Force Majeure event is defined as any unexpected, uncontrollable, and external situation that prevents us from fulfilling our obligations under these App Terms ("Force Majeure Event"). Examples include, but are not limited to, natural calamities like floods or fires, armed conflicts, labor disputes, or communication failures that impede our ability to process orders or perform required actions under the App Terms. During a Force Majeure Event, our obligations will be paused and will resume as soon as the cause is resolved.
All notifications and correspondence between the Company and you may be conducted via electronic communication methods, such as emails. You expressly consent to receive any notifications from us electronically through your account.
We hold the right to alter, adjust, or delete content from the App at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion, without prior notification. We are not obliged to update any information within the App. We also retain the right to revise or halt all or part of the App without notice at any time. We will not be responsible to you or any third party for any changes, price alterations, suspensions, or cessations of the App.
